The 6 - weeks glute builder guide, this guide is for anyone looking to build/tone there glutes. It comprises of 7 different exercises that really targets your glutes, you must hit these exercises 2x a week. If you cant increase the reps or sets within the weeks, then don't worry about it, stick on the week you feel most comfortable on until you're ready to move forwards. ( this would not set back your progress)
( These are basic and affordable guides, just to help anyone that needs an extra boost with their workout. These exericses are not listed for any specific day, you can do them any day of the week, just make sure to hit them twice a week)

- Equipment Required: weights, resistance bands
- Gym Based , unless you have the equipment at home
