The 6 weeks Arm growth/ toning guide 💪🏾 Pt_Clems
Hey guys! so this is my 6 weeks arm guide to help guide you through your journey. It comprises of 3 biceps exercises and 3 triceps exercises, these exercises must be done twice a week. If you can't increase the reps or sets within the weeks, then don't worry about it, stick on the week you feel comfortable on until you're ready to move forward. ( this would not minus your progress)
( These are basic and affordable guides, just to help anyone that needs an extra boost with their workout. These exericses are not listed for any specific day, you can do them any day of the week, just make sure to hit them twice a week)

- Gym based, unless you have the equipment at home
